Featured artist: photographer Josef Schulz

A few years back, a special set of photos called “sign out” made the round on the internet. Now I’ve come across another series by the same artist and I must say that again I am intrigued by the simplicity in these pictures. His name is Josef Schulz and he is a photographer based in Düsseldorf, Germany, where he also graduated at the Acadamy of Art. This other series is called “sachliches” and features a number of colorful buildings and also there it seems that all logos and texts have been removed from the subjects.
