I started this site, because I am a huge fan of minimal design. The technique of reducing an object to its necessary elements appeals to me, because it keeps distractions to a minimum and at the same time enhances the usability of the item. The famous motto “Less is more” by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe applies to all items that will be featured on this website, whether it be related to web design, graphic design, architecture, furniture or packaging. I will try my utmost to supply you with quality content from all the above mentioned categories on a regular basis.

Of course, this is not a one way street, so I rely on your feedback in order to make this site a success. You can suggest new categories, send me relevant links or comment on posts and in turn I will use this feedback in order to constantly improve minimalist-approa.ch.
